You will learn to make a classic street food dish that can take you to the streets of Bangkok or Mumbai and back, prepared at your very own individual workstation. Each class focuses on a particular street food, giving the chance to explore new and authentic ingredients in just one hour! Join us for this vibrant and hands-on 1-hour cooking class where you’ll learn how to make Lahmacun, a beloved Turkish street food often called “Turkish pizza.” Crispy, thin flatbread topped with a flavourful blend of minced lamb, herbs, spices and fresh vegetables. This dish is a perfect fusion of bold taste and simplicity. Once the cooking is over you can sit, with a beer or glass of fizz, and consume your handiwork. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan if notified in advance. WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School TIMES: 12 noon-1pm COST: £35 per person which includes all your food produce, a glass of fizz or schooner of beer or soft drink and the cooked street food dish to either eat in the cookery school or take away.
