Dance of Life is a conscious movement practice. Two hours, gorgeous music, and your own dance — no steps to learn, no partner needed, nobody watching. You move how you want to move, with others or on your own, at whatever intensity the evening asks for.

Let yourself become present in this moment, open up to the richness of your experience, and move toward what matters to you.

What happens

We open in a circle and settle in, tuning in to our bodies, right now. From there we typically move through the elements as a holding frame — Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Aether — building through crescendos and easing back down again, dancing together and on our own. By the end, most people feel noticeably different from how they walked in. We close in a circle, with space to share if you'd like to — listening is enough.

Who's holding space

Thomas is a conscious movement teacher with more than ten years of experience, an empathic DJ, and the founder of Dance of Life®. He is also a counsellor trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which grounds the practice in an evidence-based approach to psychological flexibility — being present, opening up, and doing what matters.

You can walk up and pay cash at the door.

Wear something you can move and sweat in; bring layers of clothing.
