FlexiClass, A friendly local stretching class

Move freely.

Live fully.

Age gracefully.

A regular session for ‘you time’ – gentle stretching

What is FlexiClass?

FlexiClass is a regular, unhurried stretching session. No fancy moves, no pressure – just time set aside to look after your body and enjoy some good company.

Suppleness

Gentle stretches to ease stiffness and help everyday movement feel easier.

Joint integrity

Movements that keep joints mobile and well supported, at a pace that suits you.

‘You time’

45 calm minutes that are just for you, in a friendly space where nobody is judged.

Who is it for?

Any age is welcome – and if you’re over 40, this class is especially for you. That’s when stretching and building your suppleness really starts to pay off, so it’s the perfect time to start. You don’t need to be flexible or have done a class before, and there are no egos or posh sports gear needed in this space.

It’s just a moment to get back in touch with yourself. Remember, your body isn’t just transport for your head!

If you have any health conditions, please check with your GP before joining. If you have any injuries, just mention them to me at the beginning of the class.
