Lorena will be asking you to set an intention & explain about the ‘Conscious Connected Breathwork’ that you’ll be delving into.

It’s a chance to clear stagnant emotional and energetic patterns, creating space for renewal, insight, and reconnection with the body. This practice supports stress release, emotional processing, and a sense of grounded presence, all held in a safe, intentional container.

The journey will be accompanied by a soothing sound bath & Fay’s voice, delicately choosing each instrument to take you further into your practice & assist with deep healing.
