About This Event

The Forest bathing experience will take place on selected dates and will be led by Kirstie Mawhinney of Through the Trees. The event is free to attend and will be a slow, sensory experience proven to ease anxiety.

Join Kirstie Mawhinney of Through the Trees for a guided Forest Bathing experience.

Forest Bathing is a slow, sensory experience proven to ease anxiety, calm the nervous system, and deepen your connection with the natural world.

This three-hour walk covers 1–1.5 miles at a relaxed pace. You’ll taste tea and cakes made from foraged produce, create simple eco-art and explore the forest through gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness.

And in true National Trust style, your session will end with homemade cake baked by Kirstie.
