Breathe with the Spirit of the Dog: A Canine-Inspired Breathwork Session

Our dogs offer us so much joy. Just like humans, they have their own unique spirit. When we slow down and truly pay attention, we can witness their finest qualities: profound gentleness, fierce loyalty, and pure playfulness.Dogs are the ultimate masters of mindfulness. They don’t worry about yesterday or stress about tomorrow—they live entirely in the present moment.

Join us for a Conscious Connected Breathwork session to connect with the qualities of your dog’s spirit. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to bypass the logical mind, release trapped emotions, and help you tap into a deep state of spiritual awareness. When focused on your canine companion, this journey allows you to deeply align with and embody the unique qualities of your dog's spirit—whether that is their boundless joy, fierce loyalty, protective nature, or unconditional love. Please be aware no dogs are allowed at the event.
