A space to come back home to your inner seasons and power of your breath. Vicky is a Reiki Master, Behaviour Design specialist and Breathwork Teacher with 1000hrs training approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. We will journey with meditation, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and rituals to empower and release. You will experience; 🤍deep soulful connections 🤍 grounding meditation 🤍Conscious Connected Breathwork 🤍deep intention setting 🤍energy healing 🤍deep relaxation with alchemy of chimes Conscious Connected Breathwork is deeply transformative and can bring emotions to the surface. Whilst i do create a safe and loving container it is really important to check in to see if it's right for you at this time, and also commit to looking after yourself during the workshops and the days following. There is never any need to push further then feels right for you. I t is NOT recommended that you do Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have blood pressure or heart issues, have a history of psychosis, severe mental illness, epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina, aneurysm, or early, delicate stages of pregnancy. An alternative breathing technique will be offered to those who are contact-indicated or feel that the practice isn't for them. If you are feeling a call towards this offering, please reach out.
