Conscious Connected Breathwork is deeply transformative and can bring emotions to the surface. Whilst i do create a safe and loving container it is really important to check in to see if it's right for you at this time, and also commit to looking after yourself during the workshops and the days following. There is never any need to push further then feels right for you.

I t is NOT recommended that you do Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have blood pressure or heart issues, have a history of psychosis, severe mental illness, epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina, aneurysm, or early, delicate stages of pregnancy.

An alternative breathing technique will be offered to those who are contact-indicated or feel that the practice isn't for them.

If you are feeling a call towards this offering, please reach out. I would love for you to be there and to be seen and supported with love and tenderness.

All of you is welcome in this sacred space, your shadows, your shining light, everything in between, without judgement and expectation. We will be nourishing and devoting to all parts of ourselves.

Its going to be magical.

You’re invited to come as you are and to be accepted for who you are with no judgement.
