This interactive session will bring together employers, partners, and stakeholders to explore the evolving early careers landscape and share practical insights, including:
The challenges of attracting and retaining talent in today’s market
How we can encourage students and graduates to build their careers in the North East
The skills agenda, including:
Employability and workplace readiness
The growing importance of soft skills (communication, adaptability, resilience)
