Have you ever fancied learning to shoot?

BASC North are running a mixed age (Junior & Adult) Novice Clay to Fork Day on Saturday 22 August at Steve Smiths shooting Ground in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Attendees will receive 1-2-1 tuition and be shown how to shoot a range of simulated targets under the guidance of our BASC coaching staff.

There will also be a Field to Fork element to the day which will include learning how to pluck and prepare Wood pigeon skewers which will then book cooked on a BBQ.

Attendees will need to bring suitable outdoor clothing for the expected weather. All other equipment will be provided but if an attendee has their own shotgun and a valid shotgun certificate the can use their own gun if its suitable

This event is open to both BASC Members and Non-members, young and old. It’s the perfect opportunity for mum or dad to have a days shooting with their kids.

Time: 10am – 2pm

Age: Minimum 10 years (please contact us if your youngster is less than 10 years old but you feel they are capable to attend)

Cost: £35 per person for BASC members, £45 per person for non-members

Please note:

Ticket fees will only be refunded up to 7 days before the event.

If you wish to cancel your ticket the booking fee, which is absorbed by BASC on booking, (approx. £4.46) will not be refunded.

If BASC cancel the event you will receive a full refund.
