This session will feature an incredible spotlight, Jo Hutton.

Jo Hutton is the creative behind Yoga for Tired People, one of the top Health and Wellness Substacks in the world. With over 15 years’ experience as a Yoga Teacher and Trainer, she brings her expertise in a down to earth and humorous style.

Her book Yoga for Tired People is due to be published by Bloomsbury, Spring 2027.

Jo speaks on two things she knows inside out: the art of rest and burnout recovery, and how she built a global personal brand from her spare room with only a MacBook and a dream.

She is available for retreats, workshops and corporate wellbeing days.

Jo also speaks at marketing and business events on building a global brand from scratch, including how to grow an audience on Substack and Instagram (175k followers) while keeping your integrity and joy intact.

Prioritising Rest as a Leader: Jo Hutton will explore why rest isn't simply about stopping, taking a holiday or switching off. Real rest is a skill, and it can be learned.

Drawing on years of teaching yoga as a deeper inner practice, Jo will look at how leaders can recover from pressure, regulate their response to stress and build the capacity to lead others with greater clarity.

Expect practical insight into becoming a sharper, steadier and more sustainable leader without running yourself into the ground.
