She Scales is a monthly female founders connection and co‑working day delivered across every NatWest Accelerator hub. It is a dedicated space for women who are building and growing businesses. The session brings people together to share experiences, exchange insight, and build community in a warm and honest environment.​

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, scaling with momentum, or learning from those who have already travelled the path ahead, She Scales offers meaningful connection, practical conversation, and genuine support. We welcome female founders, non‑binary founders who feel aligned with women’s spaces, and allies who wish to contribute, learn, and support.​

Claire Goodliff

Claire Goodliff is the founder of Show Up Club, a women’s activewear and events brand built around one simple message: show up as you are.

After starting her business with no fashion background, Claire has grown it through resilience, instinct and a deep understanding of the women she serves. What began as an activewear brand has developed into something much bigger, bringing women together through clothing, events and shared experiences designed to build confidence, connection and a sense of possibility.

Claire is passionate about creating businesses with real purpose, while being honest about the realities of growth, leadership and building something from the ground up. Her journey has included rebranding, rebuilding, navigating investment and making difficult decisions about what success should really look like.

Alongside leading Show Up Club, Claire now shares her experience to help other women back themselves, think bigger and build businesses that feel true to who they are.
