PEACE OF MIND REFUND POLICY >

Tickets are fully refundable until 13th August, we'll also refund your ticket if you don’t get into university (Fatsoma do not refund booking fees) - you just need to email newcastle@voodooevents.co.uk with evidence. Outside of this our standard terms and conditions apply: www.voodoonewcastle.com/terms

If the event is cancelled for any reason your tickets will be refunded.

WRISTBAND COLLECTIONS >

Your ticket must be exchanged for a wristband. To collect your wristband you will need your barcoded ticket from Fatsoma. You can collect wristbands on behalf of other people as long as you have their barcode.
