WHAT TO EXPECT:

THE SCULPT

50 minutes of full-body, Pilates-inspired sculpt. Expect controlled movements, a little burn and plenty of good energy.

All abilities welcome***. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or completely new, you are welcome to join us.

***Please note: unfortunately we do not advise that pregnant women attend time due to the nature of the class.

THE SOUND

If it was a vibe in the 10s, we guarantee it's still a vibe now. A blend of R&B and classic throwbacks from the 2010s.

THE SOCIAL

When the session finishes, the party doesn’t have to.

Stick around for drinks, music and good company. Come with friends or arrive solo!!
