Join us for a special NHS Talking Therapies event focused on discussing how we can better support the mental health of young adults (16-25) in our community.
Hosted at Joe Harvey Suite, St. James' Park, Barrack Road, Newcastle upon Tyne on Thursday 10 September 2026 (1pm–4pm), this event aims to gain feedback and hear the voices of the young people of Newcastle to understand what their experiences are of Talking Therapies, what barriers they have faced in accessing mental health support and how you think we could work more effectively with young adults.
This session will involve discussions on how NHS Talking Therapies can better support the mental health of young adults, refreshments and goody bags.
This is an opportunity to share your voice, connect with others, and help shape the support available for young people in our community.
