A relaxed, hands-on collage workshop exploring images, paper, texture and composition. Come and experiment, play and create your own collage

Come along for a relaxed and creative collage workshop at Art on the Edge Newport.

We’ll explore collage through cutting, layering, composition, colour and texture, using a wide range of papers and images. There’s no right or wrong way to make a collage — the workshop is about experimenting, playing with ideas and seeing where the process takes you.

No previous experience is needed and beginners are very welcome.

All collage materials are provided, although you’re welcome to bring along any personal photographs, papers, magazines or other interesting materials you’d like to incorporate.

Venue: Art on the Edge, 18 George Street, Newport.

Parking: There is limited parking immediately around the venue. Ruperra Street and New Ruperra Street are nearby options, a short walk from the venue. Please allow a little extra time to find a space.

There are 6 places available per session, so booking in advance is recommended.
