Compliments and Complaints – Newport Youth & Play Service

Newport City Council welcomes your feedback on the Youth & Play Service—whether it’s a compliment or a complaint. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve the services we provide. Complaints help us identify areas for development, while compliments let us know what we’re doing well.

You can submit your compliment or complaint directly through the Newport City Council website using the link below:

Canmoliaeth a Chwynion – Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid a Chwarae Casnewydd

Mae Cyngor Dinas Casnewydd yn croesawu eich adborth am y Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid a Chwarae—boed yn ganmoliaeth neu'n gŵyn. Rydym yn cymryd pob darn o adborth o ddifrif ac yn ei ddefnyddio i wella'r gwasanaethau rydym yn eu darparu. Mae cwynion yn ein helpu i adnabod meysydd i’w datblygu, tra bod canmoliaeth yn rhoi gwybod i ni am ba bethau rydym yn eu gwneud yn dda.

Gallwch gyflwyno eich canmoliaeth neu’ch cwyn yn uniongyrchol trwy wefan Cyngor Dinas Casnewydd gan ddefnyddio'r ddolen isod:
