Bio-Phage UK is our 36-month trial exploring how foliar feeding and novel biostimulants, alongside a phage-based soil treatment, could help UK dairy farms reduce nitrous oxide emissions and cut synthetic nitrogen use by around 50%, while maintaining forage performance. It's funded through Defra's Farming Innovation Programme and delivered with Innovate UK.

We're hosting an informal discussion evening near each of our three trial sites this autumn to share what we've learned in year one. We'd love you to join us, whether you farm nearby, work in milk processing, or are just interested in the results.
