Join us for a unique evening cold-water swim and be part of something special. Together, we'll come together to raise awareness, start conversations about mental health, and help make sure more people know they don't have to face mental health problems alone.

Every ticket sold helps Cornwall Mind provide vital mental health support for people in our local communities. So, whether you're a regular cold-water swimmer or taking on a new challenge, we'd love you to join us.

The event begins with a safety briefing before everyone enters the water together at 7pm.

Staying safe

Your safety is our priority.

Before entering the water, you'll receive a safety briefing from the venue event team.

Qualified lifeguards will be on duty throughout the event.

This event is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over.
