Join us for a lunchtime photography experience where we'll explore woodland trails while engaging with creative prompts designed to inspire mindfulness and self-expression.

Each prompt connects to different aspects of mental wellbeing, creating natural opportunities for meaningful conversations in a relaxed, supportive environment.
