Creating a workplace where breastfeeding employees feel supported can make a meaningful difference to employee wellbeing, inclusion, confidence and retention.
The Breastfeeding Support Consultancy provides workplace training accredited by The CPD Standards Office, designed to improve knowledge, confidence and practical skills when supporting breastfeeding employees.
Louise's training combines professional knowledge with lived experience of breastfeeding and navigating the return to work, bringing a real-world perspective to the challenges employees may face.
This interactive 2-hour workshop is ideal for HR professionals, managers, team leaders, business owners and anyone responsible for supporting employees in the workplace.

Combining professional expertise with lived experience, I provide practical, evidence-based guidance that helps organisations turn policies into meaningful workplace support.

Can organisations book multiple staff?
Absolutely, but the workshop is for a maximum of 15 participants so you will need book early to avoid dissapointment.
Will refreshments or materials be provided?
Details of any refreshments, course materials, or equipment requirements will be provided before the training.
Is parking avaiiable?
There are two convenient parking options within a short walk. St. John’s Multi-Storey Car Park, located on Swan Street (NN1 1HA), is just a two-minute walk away and provides secure parking with ample spaces.
Alternatively, Morrisons Car Park on Victoria Promenade (NN1 1HB) is a five-minute walk from the building and offers a convenient option for shorter stays
Attendees are responsible for checking the car park location, opening hours, restrictions, charges, and any parking requirements before attending the training. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for parking before the start of the course.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 7 days before the course date may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the course date are non-refundable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
