Whether you’re a carer yourself or a member of staff supporting carers, this course helps you understand the emotional realities of caring. Through learning simple self-care/compassion skills, working with and listening to people with similar lived experience this will enable you to have your voice heard, to find balance and to gain control and confidence in your daily lives.
