Learn Baby massage techniques to support your baby’s development, ease digestion, and strengthen your bond over a calm 4‑week course.

Developmental Baby Massage gives you the chance to learn a gentle, nurturing routine that supports your baby’s physical development and strengthens the bond between you. You’ll begin with light, gentle touch while your baby remains clothed, helping both of you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Through developmental massage, you can help your baby:

improve muscular coordination and suppleness

ease muscle and joint inflexibility

promote greater spinal flexibility

support digestion by helping the tummy relax

encourage calmness and tranquillity

release oxytocin, the body’s “feel‑good hormone”, to deepen your connection

Over the 4‑week course, you will:

learn gentle massage steps to support your baby’s movement and mobility

progress through different techniques based on your baby’s age and developmental readiness

gain simple strategies you can use at home to soothe, relax, and bond with your baby

build confidence in understanding your baby’s cues and comfort

These sessions offer you peaceful, focused time together, helping you relax as much as your baby does.

Time: 10.00am - 11.00am

Forth Session Day: 8th October 2026

Requirements: You will need to bring a mat or towel for your baby to lie on. Please also dress your baby in comfortable clothes for the session. We ask you not to bring oils or lotions into the session.
