Get ready to boost your volunteer management practice with tips on making your volunteering opportunities inclusive for all.

As part of the Volunteers for Health Northants programme, MHNC are delivering Inclusive Volunteering training with the aim of improving the accessibility of volunteering opportunities for people with mental ill-health, learning disabilities and neurodivergence.

This session will challenge unconscious biases about who can and can't volunteer, and provide ideas, tools and resources to improve practice and remove barriers to volunteering.

This is the in person version of the training - participants will be encouraged to learn and share through group discussion.
