Run, walk or dance through a rainbow of colour at Irchester Country Park! A fun-filled event for all ages.

Get ready for a FREE colourful 2km adventure at Irchester Country Park! Whether you choose to walk, jog or run, you'll make your way through vibrant colour stations while enjoying a fun-filled day with family and friends.

This event is all about having fun, getting active and creating memories. Suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you are a child, young person or parent - everyone is welcome to join in the excitement.

We are entering everyone who comes along to the event into a prize draw to be in for a chance to win a Family Voucher for Podington Padel and a Rock Up Rushden Lakes Voucher, so come along to be in for a chance to win!

The event start is: Royal Meadow close to the cafe.

Don't forget to:

Wear suitable clothing and footwear that you don't mind getting colourful!

Sunglasses or other eye protection are mandatory to take part.

Consider wearing a white T-shirt to make the colours stand out even more.

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Arrive in plenty of time to register and get ready for the start.

Colour powder will be used throughout the event and may stain clothing.

Participants can walk, jog or run at their own pace.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Photographs and videos may be taken during this event. These may be used by Healthy Schools and North Northamptonshire Council to promote future activities and share the positive impact of our work through social media, websites, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

Come along and experience a morning packed with colour, laughter and fun in the beautiful surroundings of Irchester Country Park!

Parking is payable on arrival from a ticket machine situated in each of the three car parks. Parking costs £3.50 for up to 12 hours at the park. Machines take both cash and card, and you can also use the PayByPhone app to purchase your parking ticket.

Alternatively free parking is available at The Embankment and is just a short walk away via Daniels Road and up to the top of Newtown Road. Please consider car sharing to reduce our impact on the environment.
