Join me for a soothing Sunday afternoon designed to help you slow down, release tension, and gently reset before the new week begins, held within a calm and supportive women-only space

This 90-minute group experience is perfect for:

• Those who have never tried Reiki before and are curious

• Anyone feeling a little overwhelmed or mentally busy

• Those who experience “Sunday dread” before Monday

• Anyone wanting to start the week feeling grounded and steady

This is not a training or educational session, it’s simply a chance to experience Reiki in a relaxed, welcoming setting, with no pressure and no expectations.

What to Expect

You’ll be gently guided through:

• A short grounding and nervous system reset

• A calming group Reiki experience

• A brief individual Reiki moment (with consent)

• A simple weekly intention-setting reflection

We’ll close the afternoon with refreshments and space to integrate, reflect, and ask questions in an informal and supportive environment.

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports relaxation and balance. Some people notice warmth, heaviness, lightness, or deep calm. Others simply feel rested. There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

What’s Provided

• Yoga Mats

• Light Blankets

• Eye masks (self-heating or standard options)

• Herbal tea, water and a light snack

Chairs can be provided for anyone who would prefer not to lie on the floor — the priority is that you feel comfortable throughout.

What to Bring

• A pillow or cushion

• Comfortable clothing

• Anything else that helps you feel cosy and relaxed (extra blankets, thick socks, extra padding etc.)

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so we can begin promptly and maintain a calm, restful space for everyone. Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
