Give yourself the gift of stillness and take some much-needed time out from the busyness of everyday life. 💫

Join me for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Experience, where you'll be guided on a one-hour journey through soothing sounds and vibrations designed to help you unwind, quieten the mind and bring your body back into a state of calm.

Using a beautiful combination of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments, you'll be invited to slow down, release tension and simply be.

Whether you've had a busy week, feel mentally overwhelmed or just need some time for yourself, this is your opportunity to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with your inner peace.

Time to rest, relax and let go of the week's stresses.

A peaceful space to quieten your thoughts and recharge.

A chance to reconnect with yourself and restore a sense of balance.

🌙 What to bring

Your comfort is everything! Please bring:

🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat to lie on (I do have a couple of spare mats available).

💤 A pillow for your head.

🧣 A cosy blanket to keep you warm.

🧦 Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Feel free to come in your comfiest clothes — pyjamas are absolutely welcome! This is your time to relax, so come exactly as you are.

Please arrive in good time. Doors will close at 7:10pm sharp, and late entry will not be permitted. This is to protect the peaceful atmosphere and ensure everyone can fully relax without interruptions once the session has begun.

💜 A little note before you arrive

Sound baths are suitable for beginners and no previous experience is needed. Simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to rest. You don't need to do anything or achieve anything — just get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and receive the sounds.

If you have any sound sensitivities, tinnitus, or a medical condition that may be affected by sound or relaxation practices, please get in touch beforehand so we can discuss your needs.
