Supporting My Child's Resilience - for Parents and Carers

Join us for an engaging in-person 1.5 hour workshop led by the Mental Health Support Team .

Does your child find it hard to bounce back from challenges or setbacks? Are you looking for ways to help them build confidence and cope with life’s ups and downs?

This supportive workshop will help parents and carers understand what resilience looks like in children and how it develops over time. You’ll learn practical, everyday strategies to nurture your child’s emotional strength, independence and problem-solving skills.

This in-person event is specially designed for parents from Northamptonshire to explore positive and empowering ways to support their child in growing resilience and thriving
