Are you are Parent Carer? A Parent Carer is someone who has the responsibility to provide care to a child or young person under the age of 25 with a disability, special educational need, on-going physical or mental health difficulties or a life limiting condition.

At the Parent Carer Wellbeing Hub Towcester, you can:

Connect with others who understand the ups and downs of caring

Enjoy a cuppa and a chat in a supportive atmosphere

Take a well-deserved break from your caring role

This is a drop in session but you can also book a free place if you would like.
