Ever wished you could just ask a children’s mental health specialist a question? Without a referral or a long wait?
Children change, and new questions come up all the time.
Child in Mind is a weekly drop-in for parents and carers to talk things through with specialists, ask what’s on their mind and explore what might help.
Bring your parenting questions and explore them in a supportive, reflective space. These sessions focus on understanding, confidence, and connection- not just giving advice. We promise we won't tell you to use a reward chart!
Common topics: boundaries, big feelings, sibling conflict, school challenges, anxiety, and supporting neurodivergent children.
A space to relax and be.
