A journey stick (also known as a story stick) is a simple keepsake of your walk, made from things you collect along the way - leaves, twigs, flowers, feathers, or anything else natural that catches your eye.
Together we'll get moving, explore the outdoors, and get inspired by the stories nature has to tell.
