Whether you’re lacing up your trainers for the very first time, training for your next 10k, or simply looking for a social way to stay active, Glow Run Club is here to help you move, connect, and shine. What to expect: 🏃‍♀️ All paces welcome – from beginners to experienced runners 🤝 A supportive and social atmosphere 🌙 Evening and weekend meet-ups around Wymondham and surrounding areas 🎯 Fun, structured sessions including social runs, interval training, and longer weekend runs ⏳ Runs usually last 30–60 minutes depending on the session Weekly Schedule: Monday evenings – Speed & interval practice (perfect for race prep and building confidence) Thursday evenings – Our social run night (chatty miles with a feel-good finish!)
