A welcoming space for mums with babies to pause, reconnect with themselves and share the ups and downs of life after having a baby.

For mothers with newborns to crawling bubs, these sessions bring together a supportive sharing circle, a gentle 45-minute postnatal yoga practice and time to relax over a cup of tea and connect with other mums and local postnatal wellbeing professionals.

There’s no expectation to have everything figured out. Come as you are, move at your own pace, share as much or as little as you like, and enjoy some time that’s just for you.

Each session includes:

A relaxed sharing circle and opportunity to connect with other mums

A gentle 45-minute yoga practice suitable for the postnatal period

Tea, conversation and informal connection with other mums

The opportunity to meet and chat with local postnatal wellbeing professionals

A welcoming, supportive space to ask questions, share experiences and discover local support

Whether you’re finding motherhood wonderful, challenging, overwhelming, joyful - or a mixture of all of these - you’re welcome.

The yoga session will be led by Amber Ferguson of Yoga with Amber - she will guide you through movement that is supportive for the postnatal body, suitable for all, regardless of yoga experience and birth. You will ease out common areas of tension such as neck and shoulders, work on postnatal recovery of the pelvic floor and abdominals, and explore ways to find calm and energy in these early days of motherhood. Babies are most welcome, we move around them and with them.
