Monthly willow workshops focusing on basic skills, fun and well-being.

In October we'll be weaving Mushroom caps.

We’re the Coddiwomplers—also known as Mrs F and Fidler—two willow weavers based in the South Norfolk, UK.

Coddiwomple means ‘to travel in a purposeful manner towards an as-yet unknown destination’ which sums up many of our walks and various adventures through life.

We’d love to welcome you to our monthly willow-weaving classes for adults, where the focus is on fun, creativity, and a sense of wellbeing as we explore traditional basketry skills together. Each month brings a brand-new project—anything from birdfeeders to festive Christmas decorations. Come every month or just drop in whenever it suits you.

In October we'll be running 4 Weave and Breathe workshops - a Monday and Tuesday evening in Thompson, and a Monday evening at Castle Acre Village Hall and a Tuesday evening at Bawburgh Village Hall.

In this Tueaday evening workshop in Bawburgh, we'll be using spiral weave to create a set of mushroom caps.

All tools and materials are provided, along with plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, and of course, Mr F’s legendary jokes.

Doors open at 6:30pm, and we’ll aim to start weaving by 6:45pm. We hope to see you there!
