Tummyache is a fiercely independent, DIY-driven band rooted in community, care, and creative freedom. Together they approach music as a shared space rather than a product —prioritising connection, inclusivity, and honest expression over commercial goals. Their shows are built around mutual respect, accessibility, and collaboration, often supporting grassroots causes and creating environments where everyone feels welcome to participate or contribute. Tummyache itself has been a vessel for several long and short term creative partnerships within the framework of itself as a ‘band’, with Soren Bryce acting as the central force.

‘Repeat in Reverse’ - the fourth album out October 16th, 2026 - is an in-depth examination of the after effects of grief, through the personal experience of Soren losing her father two years ago. From intimate tape recordings from her flat to visceral screaming, it captures the cyclical nature of grief and it’s ability to invade and infect day to day life - how there is no light without dark, no acceptance without breaking, and no love without growth.
