A collaborative, solutions-focussed event to shape the next steps from our open letter to Norfolk's statutory partners

Last year VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisations across Norfolk came together to write an open letter to statutory partners and funders, setting out a clear set of sector-wide asks for fairer, more transparent, and more equal partnership working.

FUSE Network and Voluntary Norfolk sent this letter to local statutory partners and funders on behalf of the Empowering Communities Partnership and the wider sector. We had a number of detailed responses, many of which committed to making changes to processes, policies and ways of working with local VCSEs. Real progress has been made in the last year and it's key to keep that momentum going.

Join us for a collaborative, solutions-focussed session bringing together VCSEs, statutory sector colleagues and stakeholders to:

Strengthen relationships and shared understanding across sectors

Keep the momentum moving as Norfolk faces a period of significant change

This is designed to be a working session, not a talking shop and we want you to help shape what happens next.

Who is this for:

If you are representing the Norfolk VCSE sector organisation, you might be a:

Leader

Manager

Director, trustee or board member

In a senior or decision-making role with a VCSE organisation or group

Due to limited numbers, we ask that only two representitives from each VCSE organisation or group attend the event.

If you're representing a funder or statutory partner like a Council, NHS or ICB, you might be:

In a decision-making or policy setting position

Working in a role that faces the VCSE sector or regularly in contact with the VCSE sector

Working on systems or processes that interact with the VCSE sector (eg. Finance, Payments, Procurement or Legal)
