Extended time to deepen into practice together

As we head into late autumn, and start to notice the first signs of winter, join me for a longer session

An extended practice to find deep release within our yin followed by deep rest with sound.

A morning of deep relaxation, honouring this time of transition & transformation.

Leaving the every day at the door and making time for ritual. Letting go of what needs to be released before we settle into winter and welcoming in our desire to slow down & retreat
