Award-winning, CPD-accredited bipolar awareness training delivered onsite to your team. 3 hours. Up to 12 delegates. £500.
About This Training
Over 1 million people in the UK are living with bipolar disorder. The average wait for a correct diagnosis is 9.5 years. Many of those people are your colleagues, your clients, your residents, or the families of the people you support — navigating one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions in silence.
This CPD-accredited training course from The Bipolar Lift CIC gives your team the knowledge, confidence and skills to change that.
Delivered onsite at your premises by our experienced trainer, this is not a generic mental health awareness course. This is the only CPD-accredited bipolar-specific workplace training in the East Midlands, delivered by an award-winning organisation with genuine lived experience of bipolar disorder.
What Your Team Will Learn
By the end of the session, every delegate will be able to:
• Explain what bipolar disorder is and how it differs from other mental health conditions
• Recognise the signs and symptoms of bipolar disorder in colleagues, clients and service users
• Hold confident, sensitive and supportive conversations with someone who may be struggling
• Apply practical strategies to reduce stigma and foster psychological safety in the workplace
• Signpost effectively to internal and external mental health support
• Identify how bipolar disorder can affect day-to-day performance, attendance and relationships at work
