Join When Women Gather and This Girl Can for Moving Day, a free day of fitness and movement tasters for women aged 18+.
There’s chair exercise, Boxercise, belly dance, ballet, self-defence, Clubbercise, Pilates and yoga to explore. Perhaps there’s something you’ve always wanted to try, or you’d simply like to enjoy moving your body in good company.
You can choose a selection of classes on the day. You don’t need experience or a certain level of fitness to join us. Take things at your own pace, have a go and find something you enjoy.
Come with friends or come by yourself. There’ll be a warm welcome either way.
