What if you stopped to honour the woman you have already become?

Join us for the final Somatic Healing Event of 2026 — a beautiful two-hour winter ritual of completion, gratitude and renewal.

This isn’t “New Year, New You.”

You don’t need to erase this version of yourself to create the next one. Instead, we’ll honour the year you have lived, acknowledge what it has taught you, release what no longer needs to travel with you and consciously choose what you want to carry into 2027.

We’ll begin with yoga or somatic movement and breathwork, gently allowing the body to release the year — the tension, emotions, expectations and experiences it has been holding — before moving into more expansive movement as we create space for what comes next.

🔥 The Winter Fire

Through hypnosis and therapeutic drumming, you’ll journey to a symbolic Winter Fire.

Here, you’ll meet the version of yourself who stood at the beginning of 2026.

You’ll have the opportunity to see her, acknowledge her and thank her for everything she carried you through.

Then we’ll ask:

What ends here?

What deserves to be celebrated?

What am I ready to leave at the fire?

And what do I consciously choose to carry into 2027?

Our drumming journey will gradually return to complete silence, giving you space to simply sit with what remains.

We’ll close together with a warming cacao ceremony and cake, with the intention:

“I honour what was. I welcome what comes next.”
