Welcome to Palette and Pause
Join us on October 2nd 2026 at 10:15 AM at Stoke Bardolph Village Hall for a special session dedicated to mothers' wellbeing. This event is designed to help you reidentify yourself and take a refreshing pause just for you.
This weeks class will be upcycling deadstock material in an abstract way. Just turn up are all equipment and materials will be provided.
No childcare is needed as this session is designed for babies to be safe next to you whilst you paint (suitable for pre walkers only), allowing you to relax and focus on your personal journey in a supportive environment.
