Come and EXPLORE, get ENERGISED and feel EMPOWERED with Nick & Jess at The 3E SPACE. A FREE, in-person event for World Mental Health Day.
Meet Nick Edgar and Jess Frost. Life and business partners, and Co-Founders of The 3E Space.
Channelling their lived experience of overcoming burnout, complex trauma and mental and emotional health struggles, Nick and Jess decided to train in a number of powerful modalities to help individuals, schools, organisations and communities to look after their holistic wellbeing and fulfil their untapped potential.
Nick and Jess support people all over the world to access the powerful and capable Self-Leader within and reclaim themselves and their unique power.
About Reflect, Release & Realign
This will be an experiential opportunity to come together in community and put down the energetic weight you are carrying. Leave us feeling more calm, connected, confident and courageous.
It is a space for anyone seeking a necessary pause from lifes challenges and chaos. A space to take a deep breath, put down the weight and calm the busy and overwhelmed mind, body and soul.
You can expect:
A brief introduction from Jess & Nick.
Reflective Wellbeing Journaling with optional sharing.
A live Breathwork, Meditation and EFT tapping practice (20 mins) to help you release energetic weight and come home to yourself.
Stationery and water will be provided but feel free to bring your own. There is a cafe on site for hot drinks etc too.
This FREE space is open to all genders and non binary people.
This is a space to bring your whole Self.
This is a judgement free zone.
Feel free to bring any blankets, fidget toys etc to feel as safe and cozy as possible.
The session will take place in rooms 6 & 7 - staff are available throughout the library to help direct you.
There is accessible access to the space.
The venue is close to Nottingham Train and Bus Stations with paid parking nearby.
