Come and join my monthly group usually on the second Friday of the month 7-9pm in Stapleford, Nottingham. £14 per class.

This will be a safe space where we respect each other and share ideas and beliefs.

Whether you are a complete beginner or have been dabbling for a while and looking for a group you are welcome. I believe we all have gifts, it’s just finding out what yours are and developing them.

Every month has a different theme and includes a meditation.
