QI GONG + SOUND BATH

Come join us at 3pm - 6pm for a relaxing in-person session of Qi Gong combined with a soothing Sound Bath. It’s the perfect way to unwind, balance your energy, and feel renewed.

Learn the Swimming Dragon with Qigong specialist Tarze, of Senbisa Massage Therapy. Use the art and science of using breath, gentle movement techniques and subtle meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate the life energy (qi). Feel the meridians pathways open, removing stagnation for a whole body experience. Please wear or bring clean, comfortably training footwear.

Then enjoy 60 minutes of slumber in resonant healing sounds & vibrations. A relaxing conscious awakening experience of 432hz, Solfeggio Frequencies & Sonic Geometry led by world class healer Babita. Float into your healing zone with the sounds of the handpan, tongue drum, Tibetan bowls & tuning forks.

Whether you're new or experienced, this event offers a calm space to connect with your body and mind through gentle movements and healing sounds. Wear comfortable clothes and an open heart—let's flow and resonate together! Network and enjoy herbal teas, served from 5.30- 6pm.

Mats are provided .on a first come first served basis. You are welcome to bring your own.
