Sometimes the hardest part of meditation isn't the meditation itself... it's finding the space to do it.

Stillness is a simple, peaceful hour at Soul Studio, created for anyone who would like a quiet place away from the demands of everyday life.

Whether you have an established meditation practice, you're just getting started, or you simply need somewhere calm to sit and breathe, you're warmly welcome.

Each session includes two 30-minute meditation slots, with up to 10 people in each slot, creating a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. During your meditation, gentle music will be playing in the healing room, or you're welcome to bring your own headphones if you prefer. We'll also provide a QR code linking to one of our favourite meditation tracks if you'd like to use it.

After your meditation, you're invited to enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or soft drink and spend a little time relaxing before heading back into the world.

There is no teaching, no expectation to share, and no pressure to meditate in any particular way. This is simply a space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself in your own way.
