Join a conversational workshop exploring different routes to better mental wellbeing
Join Wellness in Mind to grow skills that will support your mental wellbeing and daily life. In a conversational and friendly group you will have a chance to explore "ways to wellbeing," the things we can do to help protect or improve our mental health, and skills we can use to cope better with difficult feelings.
This workshop is part of our Wellbeing Skills series, with other sessions taking place every Thursday. These sessions are for anyone who wants to try different tools to support their mental health and relationship to their thoughts. The workshop is held in a ground floor accessible space.
All sessions are free for adults living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Refreshments will be provided!
