Join Social Prescriber Holly for a wellbeing walk, starting by Rose and Crown Pub, Main Road, Cotgrave.
Enjoy a gentle, friendly walk through Cotgrave Country Park, guided by Duncan from the Ramblers Move & Mingle Wellbeing Walks.
Meeting Point: Outside of the Rose and Crown Pub in Cotgrave, Main Rd, Cotgrave, NG12 3HQ
The route around Cotgrave Country Park varies from week to week, usually no longer than 2 miles and may include short hills. Walks last for about an hour with shorter 30 minute options available to suit your fitness and ability.
This is a free community event, open to all, and is great way to enjoy some fresh air, gentle activity and good company.
Please wear weather‑appropriate clothing to ensure you’re comfortable throughout.
Come along to boost your wellbeing, connect with others, and enjoy the outdoors.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
