Built for women in business — owners, leaders and those figuring out what's next. Real conversation. Practical outcomes.

This is not a typical networking event.

BCD Women in Business — OxBucks is a structured monthly morning for women who own their own business, lead within an organisation, or are building something significant — built around three pillars: Connect, Educate, Empower.

What to expect

This month, we're welcoming Rachael Robson-Green, Leadership Coach, NeuroSomatic Practitioner and Founder of The Conscious Coaching Group, for a session called Beyond Mindset: Creating the Capacity for Lasting Change.

Even the most capable and committed of us get stuck in old patterns when pressure rises or we hit a new growth edge. Using a NeuroSomatic lens, Rachael shows us what's really driving that — our nervous system state, the load it's carrying, and the protective patterns shaping our capacity for presence, resilience and performance. You'll leave with practical, usable tools for regulation, and a clearer sense of the daily steps that build real capacity over time.

Alongside Rachael's session, the morning brings:

Woman to Woman — a new Connect activity where you leave having made one specific, actionable connection: naming what you need and what you can offer, then finding the people in the room who can help.

Clear the Path — our Empower activity, working through real challenges together as a room, live, using a listening-and-thinking method grounded in Nancy Kline's Time to Think.

Plus tea, coffee and proper time to connect with the women in the room, not just swap business cards.

Who this is for

Women in business — whether you own your own business, lead within an organisation, or are building something significant across the private, public, not-for-profit or corporate sector. If you're ambitious, driven, and want peer-level connection and honest conversation, you're welcome.

What this is part of
