Cracking vitality code: building organisations that are as daring and dynamic as the times demand Gary Hamel is a Former Visiting Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School, and Visiting professor at SBS. National prosperity in an age of upheaval depends on a society’s capacity to advance and adapt. Gary Hamel will lay out a bold yet practical plan for upending management orthodoxy and creating organisations that are as daring and dynamic as the times demand. Drawing on examples from public and private sector organisations, he will present practical strategies to excise bureaucracy, embolden employees, accelerate transformation, foster entrepreneurship at scale, and build agile, high-performing organisations prepared for the future. Most importantly Hamel will describe what leaders must do—starting today—to build organisations that are as amazingly capable as the people inside them.
