🎤 Guest Speaker

Helen Joy

Helen will open our speaker programme with a thought-provoking talk exploring human connection and why genuine connection is so important in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Drawing on themes from her recent TEDx talk, “Human: By Habit,” (https://youtu.be/dJ956Y75EWg?si=VALFQn7d87GmangK) Helen will explore what happens to human connection in a world increasingly shaped by technology, and why connection matters in how we lead and support people at work.

🎤 Panel Discussion

Lucy, Richard and Christina will come together for a lively panel discussion, exploring some of the key issues facing businesses today, including:

Mental health at work – what does meaningful support look like?

Psychological safety – how can leaders create cultures where people feel able to speak openly?

Inclusive leadership – what role does inclusive leadership play in supporting good mental health?

Prevention and early intervention – how can businesses move beyond simply responding when people are struggling?

Leadership from the top down – how can senior leaders influence culture and make mental health a genuine business priority?
