Join us for a relaxing evening of meditation and sound healing in Oxford!
Join me for a new years Sound Bath at St Albans Church hall in Oxford. A beautiful way to start the year, giving yourself what you need. These classes are a great way for you to relax and release anything that’s holding you back, relieve stress, anxiety and create stillness within.
Come and enjoy a deep sense of relaxation all by laying down and listening to beautiful sounds washing over your body. This causes your nervous system to relax and allows your body to begin to heal itself while the harmonies of the sacred instruments soothe your busy mind, you will be gently taken into this by a guided relaxation which will help you become present and open to deeply receive.
Sound Meditation is one of our best tools to balance our emotions, deal with physical pain, psychological distress and boosts the immune system. It encourages deep relaxation and most of all it allows you to let go, which most of us find hard living in the city.
No experience needed and if your pregnant you can join after 12 weeks. If you have any medical illness please let me know.
If you can't lay down on a yoga matt, we can provide a chair.
Please bring your own yoga matt and blanket, wear loose clothing.
I do have some yoga matts and blankets which will be on offer.
Make sure you come on time and I require 24 hour cancellation notice.
